Camaley Joy Patrick Jennings

Camaley Joy Patrick Jennings is the Founder of Fresh Foundations and The Panty Party. She began the nonprofit organization in 2008 upon learning how women and children came to Sojourner Center without the most basic necessities. "I took it for granted that something as personal as underwear would be taken care of," recalls Camaley. "Being with the women and children at Sojourner Center has taught me that little things can bring a great deal of dignity and empowerment to the life of someone dealing with domestic violence."

Camaley was named the "Numero Uno" student by AZ Teen magazine's Hot 100 List of 2010. She also received January 2010's Teen of the Month Award from Valley radio station Mix 96.9 and TruWest Credit Union for her work with Fresh Foundations.

In the fall, Camaley will be attending New York University as a freshman majoring in Communications and International Relations.
